Symptoria (“the App”) is built with privacy in mind. Symptoria is a personal medical history organizer that helps you keep visits, notes, doctors, healthcare facilities, and attachments in one place.
Your medical records and attachments are stored on your device. Symptoria does not require an account, and your health records are not uploaded to our servers.
Data Collection
Symptoria does not collect or store your medical records on our servers.
We collect limited product and diagnostic data to improve the app, such as:
- app usage events
- feature interaction metrics
- crash and performance diagnostics
This telemetry is used only to improve Symptoria’s stability and product experience. It is not used for advertising or selling data.
We do not intentionally include your name, email address, or medical record content in analytics events.
Accounts and Sync
No registration or login is required to use Symptoria.
Symptoria does not provide cloud sync or account-based backup.
Third-Party Services
Symptoria uses trusted third-party service providers for limited product analytics and crash reporting.
These providers receive only the telemetry needed to help us operate and improve the app. They do not receive your locally stored medical records as part of Symptoria’s intended product design.

Symptoria does not use advertising SDKs and does not use your data for targeted advertising.
Children’s Privacy
Symptoria is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
You retain control of your records because they are stored on your device.
You can:
- edit or delete records inside the app
- remove the app from your device
Since Symptoria does not store your medical records on our servers, we cannot access or recover them for you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
